Employee Benefit Planning - Individual and Group Insurance Solutions

We typically offer 9 programs through our fiscal year of July 1 - June 30th.   Programs may carry CFP and CT State Insurance credits (see approved CE below).

Employee Benefit Planning - Individual and Group Insurance Solutions


Life, health and disability insurance are important components of compensation for most successful large and small businesses. Participants will explore the elements of successful planning approaches for executive and employee benefits. Participants will come away with a clearer understanding of the Individual and Group Insurance Marketplace today.

Among the individual benefits to be addressed are “bonus plans”, split dollar life insurance plans and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. attendees will learn about the use of Non-Qualified Executive Benefits, the key factors influencing the design and selection of plans for clients, implications of §101(j) on employer-owned life insurance and the use of guaranteed issue to place life insurance on multi-life cases.


Group benefits discussed will include Life, Disability, Dental and Medical Insurance.
There will be an in depth review the suite of products, including integration between group and individual programs. Participants will come away with product knowledge as well as an avenue for procurement, support, enrollment and technology solutions.
